Brick Corner Café

Brick Corner may look like your average cafe from the outside … but we are a café with a twist … We are a LEGO® themed Café 🙂

We have a large variety of LEGO® and DUPLO® sets for everyone of all ages and abilities to play, build with, and open your creative imaginations. All whilst enjoying a choice from our delicious drinks, cakes, and sandwiches in our lovely welcoming café space.

We are a community minded café based in the heart of Buxton and we strive to provide a welcoming and friendly space for all ages. We welcome community groups to use our café space all year round but if you are on holiday in the area, come and visit us (we are a particularly good way of occupying the family on a rainy day!)

But that’s not all … If your child or family wants to go further with their LEGO® journey, you can join us for one of our guided educational activities or classes. We believe LEGO® is the ultimate in loose parts play, giving you or your kids the chance to have fun and explore your creativity, whilst building skills in all the STEM areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.

We offer a range of individual workshops and courses for all children, young people, adults, and families too. Our classes aim to enable a fun, safe space to explore different areas of creativity, to build skills and make friends too. We can provide bespoke activities to meet everyone’s needs and as parents of Autistic children ourselves, we are SENs friendly and try our best to meet everybody’s needs. We can also provide STEAM activities for groups and schools.

Probably the friendliest and most inviting cafe we’ve ever been to. Family run with a great selection of cakes, teas and coffees. Perfect for the family with a World of lego to play with, or to just chill and read a book.

So much fun

We came to stay in Buxton for a few days and were so grateful to come across the sign for Brick Corner while walking around. I may be a lot older than the usual clientele but as an adult fan of Lego, it was so much fun and I especially loved seeing all the Harry Potter Lego on show. The cake was delicious too and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great idea for people of all ages and I look forward to returning when I’m next visiting!
